Our 15 lb pork boxes are a great way to get a taste of our amazing, farm-raised pork, especially if you don’t have a lot of freezer space.
Each box contains the following:
- 5 lb ground pork (retail value $7.29 per pound)
- 3 lb pork roast shoulder (retail value $7.99 per pound)
- 5 lb bone-in chops (retail value $8.59 per pound)
- 2 lb pork belly (retail value $10.99 per pound)
Total retail value = $125.32 ($8.35 per pound)
Actual cost of box = $115.00 ($7.67 per pound)
PLEASE NOTE: Every pig is different and every box is unique! We will try to get as close to the weights given above, but some will weigh slightly more, and some slightly less. The total weight of the box will be priced at $7.67 per pound.
Individual Cuts
When available, individual cuts are priced as follows:
- Baby back ribs – $12.99 per pound
- Spare ribs – $9.59 per pound
- Whole tenderloin – $14.99 per pound
- Ground pork – $7.29 per pound
- Pork shoulder roast – $7.99 per pound
- Bone-in chops – $8.59 per pound
- Pork belly – $10.99 per pound.
